Where can I download the Gamsing app?
Available on App Store and Google Play, search for Gamsing Air Drum.
Does the app include tutorials or practice modes?
Yes! You can access guided lessons, rhythm challenges, and song tutorials for all skill levels.
Does it support third-party music apps?
Yes. Gamsing air drums can integrate with other MIDI-compatible apps for music creation or live performance.
How do I pair the Gamsing air drum kit with my phone?
Pairing is very straightforward. Turn on the drum kit, enable Bluetooth on your phone, and select “Gamsing A2/A3” from the available devices list. Once connected, you can start playing right away using supported drum apps. No complicated setup needed.
When will my order ship and arrive?

Can I exchange my item?
Yes. To request an exchange, please contact us at cs@gamsing.com with your Order ID. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide exchange instructions or a shipping label.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and customs costs related to exchanges.
Can I return my order?
Gamsing offers returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Note: All shipping costs are not refundable. Details.
